LiveBarn has extensive experience ensuring that venues are well prepared and supported throughout the duration of partnership. LiveBarn has established streamlined processes for assisting venues with the setup of equipment. The entire process from contract delivery to “Go Live” takes an average of 4-6 weeks (depending most significantly on responsiveness of the venue and internet availability). Outdoor fields and domes may take longer depending on power.

LiveBarn receives signed contract with preliminary information: venue name, location, primary point of contact schedules a Kickoff call with the venue contacts, Venue Relations, and Installations.
Venue confirms all contacts, playing surface names and revenue share information via Contact Form as well as provides information about leagues and associations and other tenants.
LiveBarn works with venue or Internet Service Provider to ensure internet requirements are met. LiveBarn confirms installation of Internet line is complete with venue or ISP and receives network information necessary for hardware configuration.
LiveBarn schedules technician for site walk-through. Tech confirms location of network equipment, cameras, server rack and cabling requirements and determines need for any extra ladders/lifts. Outstanding items are reviewed prior to installation and installation date is agreed upon and scheduled.

LiveBarn configures hardware utilizing network information obtained previously. Site contact is informed when hardware ships.
LiveBarn tech installs all equipment (server rack, cameras, privacy notice signs), run cable, and align cameras.
LiveBarn marketing ships physical marketing materials to be placed/set up in venue.
LiveBarn’s development team performs necessary backend work to bring playing surfaces(s) live, optimizing a tracking algorithm for each camera.
Venue is Live in Privacy mode.
LiveBarn’s Venue Relations schedules and completes Admin Console demo giving venue complete control of setting privacy and blackout modes, promotional code(s), and free accounts. Digital marketing is delivered to venue for placement on websites, emails, and social media. Privacy screen is removed, and venue is Live. County personnel should expect to spend no more than :45 minutes per month implementing the solution.
